Update Perpetual License to Unity Last Version?

Hi, I've a old Perpetual License for Unity 5x (1 Active Set of 3 available). I would to create an Unity-Vuforia project. The Vuforia's marker generator system is not working with Unity 5: it get errors when i try to import .dat, .xml files of markers.

I tried to upgrade my Perpetual License (actual for Unity 5): In "Manage License Panel" there is the "Upgrade" button, but the error message is: "It is no longer possible to upgrade your existing perpetual license(s) or buy add-ons(..)"

If this old license is not upgradable, must i buy new Plus/Pro License or is there a possibility of transform my license in a new year plan?
