Can't drag and drop (assets to hierarchy, parent/child assets, etc.)
I'm a new user and I am using Unity 2017.3.0f3 Personal (64bit) running on a Surface Studio with current Windows 10 Creators update, and I am not able to drag and drop within the project.
I've tried to look for an answer and have not found one. I've restarted and even reinstalled Unity.
I am trying to do the Space Shooter tutorial and I am not able to drag a model to the Scene, I'm not able to drag and drop to replace Mesh Collider, I'm not able to drag and drop the model from Assets into the Hierarchy (unless I dropped it underneath the Main Camera and above the Directional Light that was already there.), I'm not able to drag and drop within the Hierarchy window to create Parent/Child assets, I'm not able to drag and drop Materials onto models, etc.
These problems are persistent on other projects as well.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Little bit of an update here...
It looks like the biggest issue is that I'm running Unity on a Surface Studio. Not only do I have problems with the ability to drag and drop, but there where other issues of the project not being able to be built correctly.
When the project was opened on the Mac, all issues were resolved and I was able to build the project.
Has there been anyone else having issues running Unity on a Surface Studio? If so, have there been any solutions to make it work?
