Animation using raw mocap data
I want to apply the animations from the free "raw mocap data" asset in an fps. The player will see mostly just his hands but others should see him running, crouching, aiming and so on. I tried to set the character to be child of a capsule (my actual movement controller) and apply the walking animation to the character but the character not only make the movements, he actually walks out of the capsule. How can i set the character sticky to its parent?
When i make the animation by myself in blender using keyframes of LocRot only for the relevant bones (not the whole character) than it works fine.
Can i edit the mocap data inside unity to edit the captured bones removing everything but legs and feet?
