about Freeze Issue on the Unity 2017

When we run our game on the UnityEditor,
we sometimes have a freeze issue after 10 hours later.

I googled some information like this.
1, Panic Button
2, the following web site information

I tried the way of no1.
But the tool can't start correctly in our project.

I also tried the way of no2.
I succeeded with simple sample program.
But I can not succeed in our project

So I have a question.

Are there any good way to find the freeze cause that is occured on the UnityEdtior?
