banner and interstitial ads not showing with admob id

I am trying to integrate my googlemobileads plugin and show ads. when i use default GoogleMobileAdsDemoScript, ads are being shown perfectly but when i replace only the ad unit ids for banner and interstitial with my own unit ids then i get error stating "handlefailedtoreceivead event received with message: internal error" for banner ads and "handleinterstitialfailedtoload event received with message: internal error" for interstitial ads. plz help
