Google banner Ads display problem

Ads of my game have been banned because of the layout

the policy of Google Ads said that we need to leave a space for the ad to display, and cannot use the space beside the banner (I emailed the agent of Google AdMob, they said like this, but I still see lots of games can use the space), so I must move the UI up. (My app is Landscape)

Is there any way to control the coordinates of the Canvas? I have lots of canvas in a scene, so resize them one by one is impossible

I hope to be able to adjust in realtime because have to wait for the ad to show before resizing it.

Is there a better solution for this?
