Best way to convert data into variables from a www request?

Could you be a little more clear on what the problem is?

yeah sure, I need to get some data from a url in the form name=name&message=a%20messageℑ=http://foo.com/images/fooimage.jpg into unity. I know how to get the raw data using a www request but I'm not sure how to get it into individual variables. We haven't developed the url data script yet so it doesn't necessarily have to be in the form above. Thanks.
