What's a good tool similar to Unity for non-game software/phone app development?
Hello, I'm interested in making software/phone apps, I know that Unity is pretty capable for such tasks, but it would be a over-kill for non-game apps. Anyone can recommend me a good tool for software/app development? I tried to just use Visual Studio C#, but the UIs are too tedious compare to Unity.
This question seems off-topic and probably should not be here but try Xamarin Studio .
