My already released iOS app only shows Unity placeholder ads :(
I just released my app on the iOS app store and downloaded it just to see that the ads are still placeholders. What could be the cause to this? I also checked my unity ads account and saw that the games "store game id" and it's "store name" were 'UNKNOWN'. I'm frustrated and can't find the problem. Pleases help me.
In best regards,
Xanato

I had this issue too. Somewhere in the dashboard there is a tick box that takes it out of debug mode. Also look for the tick box in the Services window in the editor... unfortunately i think that would also mean you need to do another build with those settings (but don't quote me on that) if in doubt (and have pro licence) message the Unity Support team.
