It looks like your boat is flipping over. I guess it probably has a rigidbody
component, and your player's weight causes it to flip over.
Try "freezing" the X and Z rotation axis, if you don't want the boat to flip and rotate except for the left/right rotation. You can do this from the inspector, under the rigidbody component, open the "Constraints", and check "X" and "Z" in "Freeze Rotation".
Hey, thanks for your answer. I followed your step, but it still dosen't work :( It still was wrong as video...
Do you still see the boat flipping over? Add a screenshot of the collider.
boat didnt flipping,but the character was stuck in the boat (and half body was penetrate the boat)
my boat have mesh collider and I also tried box,sphere....it can't work too :(
still seems like the boat is flipping... weird. Try disabling the rigidbody of the boat, living only a static collider.

$$anonymous$$y character is too heavy....haha,so that the ship can't carry him. I adjust the boat mass and it was great work.
