How create a Tunnel for gameobject to follow the tunnel path.

Hello Everyone,

I am a new to unity and currently working on the 2D game. Please suggest me how can I achieve below functionality.

In my game, there is a worm on the land and a fruit below the land. The user will need to create a tunnel below the land by dragging with the finger so worm can easily reach to fruit. The worm also needs to follow the Physics concept while in the tunnel. There are also some obstacles below the land such as stone, sand, water. Tunnel get affected if tunnel goes near to obstacles.

I tried to draw the tunnel path with TrailRender and move the worm according to the drawn path but I think, with this way I am unable to apply the physics concept to the worm and obstacles.

Please guide me how can I achieve the above functionality.
