How to align pixel art with UI system ?
Hello everyone i have been struggling to properly align my pixel art when using the UI system. Take a look at the Images below, First image is from unity, the second one(desired result) is from Pyxeledit.
How i am planing on using this is essentially as a score effect. At the end of the level i want to show how many meat stacks the player collects, so i want to stack the meat pieces up on top of each other as they are "falling" from off screen. But i cant figure out how to calculate the 1 pixel(from the pixel art) distance to keep my meat aligned. If i manual try to align, the pixel perfect setting will snap it to this awkward position. So i just can seem to figure out of much to offset the images by. I also dont want to limit my meat stack, i want it to go off screen if the player dose well.
I am using pixel perfect canvas, with preserved aspect ratio on the images and a pixel per unit of 32 which is the size of the sprites. I am just looking for information on this so alternativs to achieving the effect are also welcome.
