Unity keeps breaking its own package
I'm using the 2D Animation package, which is as of the time of writing in a preview state. Among this package are three scripts: "DeformSpriteSystem", "UpdateBoundsSystem", and "PrepareSkinningSystem".
These systems use a class called ComponentGroup, and a function to initialize them called GetComponentGroup(). Both of these have been deprecated and replaces with EntityQuery and GetEntityQuery() respectively. I can fix the compiler error generated by these classes by replacing the former with the latter, but every time I close and open the editor the package updates itself and undoes the fixes, which causes a compiler error again.
How can I fix this? Is there a way to make unity ignore these files when updating? Is there a fix coming soon?
