Emission bleed and stretched shadows

Hi Everyone,
I am creating an interactive gallery of my Fine Art portfolio.
I have been trying to fix this over a couple of days and I cannot find a solution. I have rebaked the lightmaps with different settings, texel resolution, and the results are always the same.
I have used emissions to simulate lightboxes but the textures ( Static> GI contribute ) bleed horizontally on the wall ( Static> GI contribute ) the shadows also seem to be stretched in the same way too. See below.
What am I doing wrong? Any help would be very much appreciated.
