Sequence of Sprite Rendering in Unity?
Hello,
I am currently working on a 2d top-down game and I use z-axis to implement dynamic depth layer.
However, a character is also carrying some equipment layers which I need to sort. The problem is that objects in dynamic depth layer must at the same Layer settings in Unity such as Sorting Layer and Render Layer.
My question is how Unity render sprite when two sprites have the same settings and z postion.

You could set Renderer.sortingOrder by script. (Order inside a layer)
