Character with box collider sticks to walls
Hi all,
For my game I'm using a box collider for my character and for walls. I find that when I jump next to walls, the character jumps up higher than usual and moves more slowly. This didn't happen when we were using capsule colliders, so it's not clear why it's happening now. Our character material has zero friction/bounciness and bounce/friction combine are both set to "minimum." I found a similar problem that was solved by adding kinematic rigidbodies to our walls. This works for me but we have too many objects in the scene for that to be a scalable solution.
