Unity VR: Arm Position Trigger Event HELP,Unity VR: Arm position trigger Event help
I am trying to make a arm position trigger event where, after activating by pushing a button, when the arm is positioned in front of the player, as if they are positioning it to look at their watch, then a animation starts that changes the player's helmet. If the player moves before the animation is complete then a interrupt animation plays, however far along the animation is, so they need to stay in place until the animation is complete for the helmet to change to complete.
Its for a sci-fi game demo I'm working on with the Oculus Rift and Touch controllers but I'm not sure how to go about player's position based stance/arm position trigger events. Hope someone can help because I'm not even sure how to start.,I am trying to make a arm position trigger event where, after activating by pushing a button, when the arm is positioned in front of the player, as if they are positioning it to look at their watch, then a animation starts that changes the player's helmet.
