How can I make a 200×100 grid?

Hi! I want to make a new game and I need to make a 200x100 grid, in each square I want to put a coin which the player can collect. I don't want player to snap to fix position. How can I make that grid? The lines should be invissible. And all that will ne for android. Thanks you.
