Tizen build fails with error : build.info file does not exist

I am trying to build my application for Tizen. I have setup the signing profile as per the documents. Now when I build my application on completion of the build I get popup saying build succeeded but .tpk file is not created and at the console it shows following error log

Starting package

Packaging error : Cannot find build information. build.info file does not exist.

Finished package

Failed to sign and package the application. Check the editor log for more details.

Do anyone have any clue about this error.
