Layer change in Desktop application

why layer change occur when we trying to load a construct 2d game as a desktop application in flex

when i load a construct2d game in browser ,it works properly.But when we do it as a desktop application it shows some dissimilarity with the original game.why such a problem occur? Can anyone please help.
