Can I use rich text in the Unity TooltipAttribute?

I'm trying to make my tooltips in Unity better readable and having the ability to make certain pieces of the text bold or a certain color would help immensely.

I am aware that I can use \n to create a new line (for example). But using HTML tags like b and /b does not seem to work.

Does anybody know how to create rich text in Unity tooltip?
