Damping the rotation of a camera that is attached to an object.
I have an object that is moving and turning a lot, and I have a camera that is the child of that object. The camera is displaced a bit behind the object, and of course it automatically moves and rotates. The problem is, even though I already have the object's rotation damped, the camera looks like it's jerking around when the object turns rapidly.

Add a SmoothFollow script to the camera, and don't make the camera a child of the object. Then, assign the "Target" to the object you want the camera to follow. I had the same problem with a rolling ball, and the script i mentioned helped out a lot.
