Physics Based Grappling Hook
Hey everyone. I would like to make a partially(?) physics based grappling hook system, probably for a 2.5d game. The closest example that i can show is this one https://youtu.be/PtBFnCmsf1U?t=9 from BF2. You throw the grappling hook wherever you wan't, it hooks in, and you can climb up and down, or following the rope, even hang. I'd really like some suggestions how should i invent this, have some ideas but not really sure how to start out.
