Use free mobile license after April 8th?

You can get the android and iOS versions for Unity free for free until April 8th but my question is if I can use those versions after April 8th or if I have to release my game before that date? To sum it up... Am I allowed to use these licenses forever or only until April 8th?

P.S. Can I use these licenses for commercial use?
