Looking for help with Assertion failed on expression: 'task.computeData.buffer == NULL'
I'm looking for some help with the above error. I'm not sure why its happening, and there is no stack trace, code line, or object name associated with the error.. it just happens. It doesn't happen every frame, 10 seconds of play nets me about 200 instances of the line. I'm not interacting with anything, just standing there. I reverted all my most recent changes, but its still there. Google has proven quite useless in this as well.
Any advice on this? Has anybody seen it before?

Edit After much poking and prodding, I think I've narrowed this down to a particle system problem. I'm using (or attempting to use) gpu particles; mesh renderers with a "standard surface" material applied.
any chance you could try it on a different pc? I googled and found this
Unfortunately, no, I don't have access to another computer where I can test this.
I have a similar problem but just 2-3 line error max. Think it is something with terrain options..
