Swapping Unity Team Member Seats

Hello Unity community!

I am wondering how it works with Unity teams and switching members.

For example, if I buy the Unity team plan that includes 3 team member seats, am I able to change who that team member is at any point during the 12 month subscription?

Or are the 3 team members unchangeable once you designate those people?
