Using TheModelsResource

So im using the early release of Pokemon Unity. I encountered a problem :o x-x. So i want to use the pokemon buildings from the models resource: http://www.models-resource.com/ds/pokemonplatinum/ But I dont know how to import them in unity x.x. Could somebody please make a quick "guide" how to import them/use them?
