How to find out what a user has as their keybinds.
I'm using Input.GetAxisRaw for my movement controls and during the tutorial I want some text saying "Left and right to move". Is there any way I can get what the player has set as their controls to be able to display that as the text in the box? Thanks for any help :)
Currently I'm not using anything. I'm just putting text of "Left and right to move" into a UI element. I couldn't find anything in the documentation but I assume there is some way of finding out because otherwise you wouldn't be able to do in game keybinds.
How is the player changing the keybindings?
could you show me a line of code where you check for input please
nvm you could try setting the text box to eg
Input.GetAxisRaw("Horizontal") but change it to the right control
if(Input.GetAxisRaw("Horizontal") > 0.1f){ movePlayer }
