Game stutters while running over 200 FPS (Only in editor)

I don't know what is causing this, I'm getting extreme stuttering for no parent reason--or at least I think it's pretty much for no reason. I have done a ton of optimization already, but even then the stutters wont go away. Here's what the profiler reads, weird spikes happening:

Again, it only does this in the editor. In the built version everything is fine, and as the title states I get over 200 FPS in the editor.

Any help would be appreciated, using Unity 5.2.0f3. Ask any questions if you need to.
