Import Blender models
Hi guys! I'm using blender to make the 3d models of my game, the models yes export and are fine in Unity, But the thing here is that the models import without materials, I have one low poly tree and want to import the model with the materials, I've heard that i can do this if I import the textures, but the problem here is that I dont have textures! I just use the materials to give them glossy and diffuse colors, but when I import them as .blend file or fbx they just appear with gray materials...
Funny. For me it does import the material in my project. The only thing that cross my $$anonymous$$d is the model material's settings. There is a checkbox "Import $$anonymous$$aterials" and also some other configs related such as "Use embedded materials". Can you check if that is on?
What render method are you using in Blender? Blender render? Are the textures packed? How is the blender fbx export option "Path $$anonymous$$ode" set?

try to extract the materials in the import settings! and be sure to use in blender just plain materials without any specify settings(color only)
It's fine, but what should I do if my model don't have textures and it's importing with a gray color?

Try changing the material import settings. Maybe 'import materials' is not enabled. This menu has all important information about the materials embedded to your object. I tested with a .blend and a .fbx and both are working
I have the same boxes and options checked... How did you imported it? Like, what was the process you made to get it working?
Well. This is a bit odd. I didn't do nothing. That was why I thought you might have some checkbox different. And hitting extract materials doesn't do nothing?
Yeah, but it stills being gray. With the process I mean that what do you do since you made the cube to having the cube in Unity? Like the hole process of making the cube, exporting it and having it in the Unity Project. Did you baked the materials or something like that?
