2D Sprites scaling to multiple screen sizes - Colliders, 2D Sprite image sizes, SpawnPoints

I am new to developing games for mobile devices.

I have a scene of 2d objects and ui's (Infinite runner). The 2D objects are all sprites and I have enemies spawning at predefined spawnpoints. I could not find any magical libraries to exist for this(or do they), so I am wondering is there any solution to making colliders on my Players and Enemies grow/shrink along with the size of the image sprites based on the screen size? (Targetting android devices at the moment). I have been tweaking around camera settings but that is about it.
