Unity Plus

Question

Hello I want create simple Android project using Augment reality.

I want use ARToolkit and I found I need Unity Pro + Android Pro http://artoolkit.org/documentation/doku.php?id=6_Unity:unity_on_android

I dont know If I buy Unity Plus if I got access to all necessary licence

That documentation is old. Since Unity 5.x came out, there has been no difference in engine features between different versions of Unity. You'll get the same functionality in Personal, Plus, or Pro licence.
