weird profiler result?

hey guys, i got some weird profiling results gpu time is 7 sec, but gfx.waitforpresent is 31 sec .how? isn't gfx.waitforpresent is cpu waiting for gpu time but gpu finished its work at 7 second.then for what cpu is waiting for what?
