How to make 2D tiled isometric map like a "clash of clans"

hi, I'm a beginner in unity. I'm trying to make 2D tiled isometric map like a "clash of clans" and I saw this link text but I'm stuck in first step. I don't know how to change tiles ratio and make the map like below alt text
