What's wrong with Photon Demoworker Demo synchronization?
Hello, I have the following concern: After importing the Photon Unity Network from the asset store and making a build in order to test the network, the players over the network can't see one another and one player lands on top of the other player in each players screen causing one of the avatars to sink into the ground. Does anyone know how to fix this? Pictures of my concerns are shown below:

Hi,
which PUN version do you use? There was a missing reference in an earlier version which has been fixed in one of the last updates. If you don't use the latest version (currently 1.84) I would recommend you updating to that version.
You can also check if the prefab is set up properly. Therefore navigate to "\Assets\Photon Unity Networking\Demos\DemoWorker\Resources\Player.prefab" and check if the attached PhotonView component observes the also attached ThirdPersonController component. In case that it is not observing this component, simply drag and drop it onto the PhotonView's observed components.
