How to place an image at a specified latitude and longitude

I am a beginner to Unity

Please tell me how to place the image at the specified latitude and longitude

I want to activate the smartphone camera and display the image at the designated place (latitude and longitude)

You can use external library like Vuforia. You can add image and game object to real world view your camera taking.

But there is no good sample data
