collaboration not downloading, not detecting download
Hello, I am working on a collaboration project, and Unity no longer allows me to download collaboration data from the cloud.
Initially, the collaboration data would download until 99%, then inexplicably stop and stall for hours.
I have tried everything, from deleting roaming appdata, deleting project data, reinstalling unity, deleting registry files, and it still doesn't work.
Interestingly, after a few tries, Unity seems to have completely given up: Now, it allows me into the project, but says that the project is not a collaboration, and that there are no cloud files to download.
I have read online some similar issues, and it seems that this sometimes happens when Unity updates its servers. If it makes a difference, I am located in the US.
Please help. I am a paying customer on a timeline. Thank you.,I am unable to download from the cloud on a collaboration project.
When I attempt to download from the cloud collaboration, it downloads until 99% done, then stalls for hours.
I've attempted uninstalling Unity, deleting all appdata, deleting registry, deleting local unity project files. I still run into the same problem.
Inexplicably, after several failed attempts, it seems that unity has completely given up. Now, it does open the project, but states that there is no collaboration from cloud to download.
Interestingly, from some other computers, the collaboration download still works fine. But from a user testing computer, which is most important, it has stopped working.
I've searched for other users having similar problems, and it seems that this is a Unity server problem that happens sometimes when unity servers are updated. If it makes a different, I'm in the US.
Please help ASAP. I am a paying customer on a timeline, and this is unfortunately stalling my work. Thank you.

I found that after moving to a different machine, collaboration stopped working. The only thing that seems to have forced a re-download of all assets was to switch projects, select the same Project from the Cloud tab, and then select the same folder I created for its local destination (created the first time I did this). I shouldn't have to do this, but upon doing that, Unity just sat there a while doing nothing for several minutes and then began downloading all the project assets.
So... I guess anyone that has issues collaborating should just try to re-open the Cloud version of the project and either save to the local C drive and consider saving to a new location if desired. I still don't know what my problem was, but if anyone can tell any other command that forces a fresh download of all assets, I'd like to know. I do see that there is re-import in the Asset menu, but I felt that is for re-important Asset store purchases. No?
