Can you find a dominant light direction from the spherical harmonics of a skybox?

I’m creating a skybox at runtime from the camera feed on mobile and wondering if it is possible use the SH generated from the skybox to find the direction of a dominant light source? I want to use that data to control the direction of a direction light in the scene.
