New at Unity so I wanted to ask: What is the correct way to make assets for my game?
I'm making a pretty simple flash game and, since I have some experience in Blender, I wanted to make my own assets. I'm making some kind of asteroid formation(spikes, terrain, etc...) and I don't know what's the optimal resolution to keep each individual asset at. And how exactly should I make my terrain? Since I can't make it huge in Blender for performance reasons, how should I make it? Like some form of "building blocks"? So far, I've got one spike 300k verts. I know I should retopologize for the collider, I can get it to 1-2k for that. And, if possible, could someone explain the correct way of importing my .obj to Unity. I'm not sure how to make a correct prefab from my export.
