HDRP Volumetric fog lighting issue when using spotlight as flashlight
I'm having a weird issue with using a spotlight as a flashlight in HDRP's volumetric fog system. Basically the spotlight is creating a bright spot directly in the center of screen. This bright spot then leaves a ghost trail if the light is moved left or right. Turning down the lights dimmer setting to zero removes this artifact, but the light does not then catch the volumetric volume at all, so it is not really a solution.
Does anyone know the cause, or have any idea what the solution might be?

I also had the same problem with moving lights in volumetric fog, but I could fix it, you must uncheck the Reprojection for Volumetrics option in the hdrp asset. Check this link https://docs.unity3d.com/Packages/com.unity.render-pipelines.high-definition@6.7/manual/Volumetric-Lighting.html
Yeah you were right! Reprojection was causing the issue!
