Notification did not come after transferring time on the phone

Hello!

I have a problem with the mobile notification package. I set up notifications and tried to check them. I configured 2 notifications:

1 minute after closing the game
2 hours after closing the game

When I closed the game, I received a notification (1) after 1 minute. But when I transferred the time to 3 hours, I did not received a notification (2).

Has anyone encountered the same problem and can help me?
