How to have same animations for different arms holding weapons
Hi,
i'm still learning so be gentle to me :)
I'm having trouble setting up a basic FPS Setup and having the arms and weapons animated. What i want to achieve is having animations (idle, shoot, reload) for a set of guns (pistol, ak, m4 you name it) and just "switching" out the arms to play the same animations for a different mesh.
I have created a few animations for a gun in Blender and exported them to Unity and the animations play fine. The exported file has the arms and gun meshes with a rig.
But how do i switch out the arms with a different mesh / different material to play the same animations as with the arms that are already in the exported file?
Hope you understand what i mean :)
