Error with Rig: Has bone length of zero?
I recently Rigged a Humanoid Character inside of Maya 2014 making sure all my bone orientation was correct and my transformations were frozen before starting to prep it for Animation. Before building the controllers I wanted to bring it into Unity to test that it worked with the avatar. Surprisingly it is not.

and Here is what Im getting inside of Unity
I cant seem to find a solution to this anywhere online. I would like to know what is causing this so I know how to avoid it in the future.
