Wrestling Ring Ropes
I've made a wrestling ring in 3ds max for the small project that i'm working on... And for the ropes, I just added cylinders in place... Now i want it to act as a rope, Which bounces on interaction with objects in the ring, And returns to it original state... Is there any way to do so???

There are some track and rope systems in Mega Fires and Mega Shapes. Not sure if it will fit your needs:
Track system (Mega Shapes) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qmNJsroadl8
Rope system (Mega Fiers) http://www.west-racing.com/mf/?page_id=1524
150$??? Thats nearly 7500INR out here... I cannot afford that much for the game... Any ideas or thoughts???

There is no real easy way to do this as far as I know.
I would probably drop the long cylinders and create a rope. This would mean making a series of small cylinders connected with joints. Then you could probably be able to tweak them somehow to be able to stretch without coming apart.
This wont be simple, but you could probably look around and find what other people have done and learn from how they did it.
It's definitely possible, but it will take effort. Best bet is to look around a bit and make non-stretchy ropes first.
I have already made a rope using hinge joints and smaller cylinders... Its really buggy (When some objects hit it, it breaks up, Even though the break force is set to infinity)
