issues using system.windows.form.sendkeys
hello every one,
i'm trying to create a tactile keyboard for an application running on a windows 8 tactil tablet. To emulate the keyboard, i'm using the dll system.windows.form:
System.Windows.Forms.SendKeys.Send("keycode");
while running in the editor everything goes well. but once i give a try after a build, i got those errors in the output log file:
InvalidOperationException: SendKeys cannot run inside this application because the application is not handling Windows messages.
if anyone got an idea to help me. every thing is welcomed. if you need more details, just ask :)
thx.
bump. I have the same issue. I want to know a way to set a keycode value as true. Is it possible?
I want to send a message to glovepie using just keycodes ins$$anonymous$$d of for$$anonymous$$g a connection between the two applications.
hi for my project i've used an other dll input simulator. it allow to simulate keyboard . check this out : http://inputsimulator.codeplex.com/
If i run the application, will this input simulator generate keycode signals for another application?
Eg: I have textPad open and I run this exe file. Now will the stuff I type in the simulator get typed on the textPad??
in my $$anonymous$$d yes. it simulate the press on the keyboard. just as the true one. so i think it should work. give it a try ^^
But maybe you'll have somefocus problem between the two program.
