Unity Layout turning black when resizing

Im using Unity 2017.3.1f1 Personal 64bit DX11

When I'm trying to resize any layout box they became black and I can no longer interact with them.
When any Unity interface box is already black, changing whole layout in layout menu is making whole Unity white, leaving only top interface bar interactive(file, edit, assets etc).
I was using this version and project on my old computer there were no issues.
Both computers are using windows 10 home edition, and are up to date.

Any help would be appreciated
