Do you have to keep paying for a unity licence even if you no longer use unity.

Hi. I am looking into using unity for some projects. In the payment terms It states that if your company makes over 100k a year you have to pay for unity plus. Fair enough. However, does that mean if we make a game that makes over 100k a year we are stuck paying for that license even if we never use unity again? I want to have the option to stop using and paying for unity available.
