Display Pure Texture Colors with no lighting or reflectiveness .
I have an image at about 16K resolution with a very high dynamic range between deep pure black to pure white. my problem is that on the android platform the deep pure black has a gray tint to it. i can confirm the display can make a better black by puting an object with a color inverter shader on top of the pure white area so i can clearly see that on android and only on android the image blacks are displayed with a grey tint also note im viewing this on an OLED display that should display very deep blacks and if i turn off all lights in the room i can tell that even when i try to display pure black the black light of the display is still on.
what can i do to try and display the texture as it is with pure colores and especially pure solid deep blacks. Is there a shader for that ? any setting i need to check ? why does it happend only when i test it on android ? can it be that when the texture resolution is being scale down the colors get lighter ?
