Textures and effects not in library

Textures and phisics effect library is missing in Unity 4.1.... What should I do...Please help me.

From the Assets menu, select Import Package/Physic Materials to get small set of materials. Note these have nothing to do with textures. These determine how physical objects interact in collisions when using a Rigidbody. I'm not aware of any standard textures, and I have no idea what you mean by 'effects'.

Thanks robertbu...But I am talking about this(attached image).I am getting blank here.But in the image as u can see...The tutorial guy has these effects there.How to get them?

The texture thing is different.That is after doing terrain when I do edit texture.I don't find any textures there.

The Physic materials you point to with the red arrow are the ones that you get using the method I specify above: Assets/Import Package/Physic $$anonymous$$aterials.
