Unity doesn't apply dynamic light to my HDRP scene
unity doesn't apply dynamic light from the HDRI sky and the shadows and polys which don't receive any light are pitch black:
i've found alternate solutions, which none of them were ideal, turning up the exposure value in the HDRI sky override caused some illumination(which seemed more like light bleeding) but still didn't help with the fact that the polys that are covered by shadows, their diffuse color is ignored, second way was by dimming the shadows in directional light settings, which caused a better looking shadows than the exposure method, how ever the polys that weren't exposed to light were still black, last method, SSGI, which had the ideal look but it caused the game fps to drop from 130 to 90 which is a lot of performance cost for an effect, things i've tried: shifting the values inside indirect lighting control, switching to dynamic in ambient mode inside visual environment override, one time i restarted the editor and the ambient light was applying correctly, but after that, nothing seemed to be working...
